Accepted are: bank transfer for doctors and pharmacists, credit card, PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery.
The amount is charged at the time of purchase.
By entering your e-mail, the courier will send the coordinates to your inbox to track your order. Delivery can always be tracked through the courier site.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns.
Shipping cost is free for purchases over $40.
Delivery is within 2-3 working days . Upon receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, we prepare the shipment within 24h and deliver it to our couriers. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be prepared and shipped on the first available business day. If there is a problem, we ask that you email us at customer@neviabiotech.ch documenting the problem and attaching photos. If we assess that the error is caused by us or the carrier, we will send what is damaged or expired free of charge. This must be reported within 4 working days of receipt.

To change an order, we ask that you email us at customer@neviabiotech.ch providing the order number and the changes to be made.

Yes, it is possible to purchase in guest mode without creating an account. We will email you updates on the status of your order.
